Rhymetime and Storytime

It's rhymetime! Songs, rhymes and fun for the under twos. Sessions are held at South Perth Library every Wednesday at 9.30am and 10.30am, and at Manning Library every Thursday at 10.30am.

Rhymetime Poster

It's storytime! Stories, rhymes, songs and craft for preschoolers. Sessions are held at South Perth Library every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30am, and at Manning Library every Wednesday and Friday at 10.30am.

Storytime Poster

Rhymetime and storytime sessions are free, no bookings required.

2015 sessions commence 1st week of February.

Kids Clubs

Do you love books, fun and meeting other kids? Join our clubs program - it's free! All you need is your own library card and you can become a member. We have clubs for kids from Year 1 through to Year 6. Contact South Perth or Manning Library to find out more.

Lego Club

Do you love LEGO? We do! Join our LEGO Club at South Perth Library - monthly on Saturday.

There are always lots of things happening at the libraries during school holidays.

South Perth Young Writers Award

The South Perth Young Writers Award encourages excellence in creative writing. It is open to all students who live or go to school within the City of South Perth. There are six age categories for prose and the Award is open to all students from Year 1 through to Year 12.
